The Partnership
At the GIA Jakarta Batch 2 Acceleration Program, ACKTEC is introduced to the CEO of Brankas, Todd D Scheweitzer, a mentor of GK Plug and Play Indonesia. After their meeting, ACKTEC kickstarted its goal to expand overseas, particularly in Indonesia. Brankas’ bespoke solutions in building financial infrastructure were utilised to facilitate the ACKTEC payment system. This enables ACKTEC customers to achieve quicker payment localization as the preferred mode of payment becomes available for a wide range of B2B markets.
Rayvan Ho, CEO of ACKTEC, believes that localization is crucial for startups’ growth and development. He added that understanding the market and the product proved important in ACKTEC’s expansion into Indonesia. Ho fully supports Plug and Play as a global platform for startup founders to source talents, find necessary partners, and quickly network within the wide ecosystem provided by Plug and Play.
